  How your Membership works
  Step 1: Receive your Property details
  Once we have received your Virtual Tour Order Form, one of our Tour Schedulers will call you to set up a time, that is convenient for both you and your seller, to photograph the home.

  Step 2: Scheduling Photography
  Our photographers are punctual and efficient.  It is important that the home be uncluttered and clean before the Photographer arrives.  While our Professionals strive to be right on the scheduled time, we ask that you allow ten minutes for delays due to traffic or other situations beyond the control of the photographer.  Our photographer will extend the same courtesy.  The entire shooting process will take only 20 to 30 minutes.

  Step 3: Upload your VT
  Once the photography is completed, the processed tour will be visible on our website within 3-4 days, although we strive for 24 hour turn-around.  Our #1 goal is producing the highest quality Virtual Tours in the most cost-effective and timely manner!  A copy of the Virtual Tour will be sent to you via e-mail for your use in Buyer and Seller presentations. 
  
  Step 4: Selling your Home
  Once a property is sold, we request that you fax a tour removal form, signed and dated, so the property can be taken down.  Tours will be removed at the end of six months, though they may be extended by special arrangement.
